Objective: Build brand awareness and increase customer inquiries for a local catering business with little social media presence prior.


Tasks:

  • Social Media Setup: Designed and launched Facebook and Instagram pages with custom branding, including logos and profile images that reflect the vibrant and authentic Bahamian and International cuisine.
  • Content Creation: Developed a consistent posting schedule highlighting food photography, menu specials, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Engagement Campaign: Created and promoted the “Caption Contest,” where the community can share their thoughts, fostering engagement.
  • Analytics Tracking: As we are still in the early stages, we closely tracked performance through Instagram Insights and Facebook Analytics to adjust strategies based on engagement patterns and trends.
